I am so fucking tired

I am a mom. Who is dead tired.

If we weren’t smiling, we’d be crying. And yes, I’m wearing a robe. #whywontyousleep #wearesotired

I have a high-energy 3-year old and a I-don’t-like-to-sleep-at-night 2-month old. And despite my hands being full with that, having 2 companies — Awaken and Bea Kim Coaching — that I’m proud of, a support system that consists of the best people on this entire earth…I still feel lonely, isolated, guilty of not doing enough, guilty of not being a great mom/partner/entrepreneur/friend/etc.

I realized I needed a break.

Am I alone in feeling this way? I don’t think so. That’s why I recently launched Parent Refresh — a company that provides parent-focused services through life coaching, fitness, and community.

There’s already a TON of resources out there geared for parents but most still focus on children — discipline tips, colic advice, etc. What makes Parent Refresh different is that the focus is on the parent, with the bonus of having their children physically near them for peace of mind.

4th Trimester Refresh

Our upcoming 4th Trimester Refresh is a 4-week postpartum support and exercise group for moms with babies 0 to 6 months.

Each session begins with group coaching on topics like defining your new Identity, dealing with “mom guilt”, reconnecting with your loved ones, and more. The second half is then dedicated to physical exercise. Each participant receives a customized assessment for abdominal separation (diastis recti) and an exercise ball to continue the core and pelvic floor exercises at home!
